Is it possible to learn English in 3-4 months?

There is an opportunity to go abroad, namely in the USA and the average GPA score is 3.3-3.5, but there is one big obstacle - it's bad English and at least at the moment I study English 7-8 hours a week and have risen from zero to about pre-intermediate intermediate but you need to write TOEFL for at least 90 points
In the winter for a month, I hope to go to England to live with a family (by the way, does this help? I mean a family) and get there, but I need your advice and methods, everything you know
Is it still worth preparing for the SAT ACT if you ready for TOEFL SSAT(Subject SAT) ?
Is it worth it to hire people who will deal with papers?
And just English learning materials
Thank you in advance

You can see your height. In general, when learning words and understanding the logic of constructing sentences, learning goes faster.
Is that what you think
This will help you understand spoken language and not be afraid to speak this language.
Just use English wherever you can
And finally learn how to use search. They attached it upstairs and even signed it

English in 3-4 months?

It's unrealistic. You won’t learn even in 3-4 years if you ask such questions.

3-4 months, in an easy way, the main thing is to listen to a lot of different speech (movies, TV shows, lectures, news) and memorize it.
Grammar is secondary in learning a language, it will come by itself with time, you should not mess around and be distracted by it.
