How to comment out multiple lines of code with a single line "//"?

I just got fed up that if I commented out a whole block, and then I needed to uncomment something, I had to uncomment everything, then leave something in the middle and re-comment the upper and lower parts.

Highlight the lines you want to comment out and press "Toggle Line Comment"
