How to comment on multiple blogs at once?

How to send comments to several blogs at once (selected manually), is there any software? You don't need many functions, the program should:
1) take my links to blogs and follow them;
2) log into my accounts on these blogs;
3) leave prepared comments under the latest posts.
Everything. Backlinks from blogs are not interesting, I am ready to solve the captcha myself if there is no automatic captcha solution.
Is there anything for this?
