How to combine virtual machines into a normal local network in Hyper-V?

Good day.
The system administrator from me, to put it mildly, is not very good, but the following problem happened:
The host machine is on win2012, it has 2 virtual machines on win2012, each virtual machine has its own IP from the shared local network (such as 192.168.0.5). As I understand it, everything is set up so that the traffic between them is chasing through the switch, which noticeably slows down the entire system (on one mssql virtual machine, on another 1c server). How to configure this whole thing so that traffic does not go through the gateway, but everything runs inside the host machine?

@Enapiuz

what are the vHost configurations? how many cores are given to the servers? how much memory?

We had a similar problem - the "Garant" system was installed on vHost WS2012R2. the first client from the network connected for more than a minute (70-80 seconds were detected), all subsequent ones flew almost instantly. We thought about the problem for about a day, then we just updated all the drivers on the host from the office. DELL site, while replacing those that have already been installed supposedly the same version. as a result, the BUG was eliminated after reinstalling the network interface driver of the host machine.

The traffic of virtual machines certainly goes through a virtual switch.
Sound please in what braking of work is expressed. Is the network slow? Are packets lost?

If there are such suspicions, then you need to create another switch - Private - add network cards from this switch to each machine. Traffic in this case will not go beyond the physical machine and switching will occur on the processor.

if the virtual machines are on the same network, then the traffic between them goes directly, and not through the gateway.
Most likely your host does not have enough resources, that's the brakes.
