How to combine angular 4 and https://stylelint.io/?

Hi all. Sorry for the deep question, but I ask the audience for help. How to combine angular 2 and https://stylelint.io/ correctly?
So I started a new project through ng new my-app and how to add a linter there? I suppose that along this path ( https://stylelint.io/user-guide/node-api/), but I don’t understand what to do after installation.
Before that, I only worked with Galp, but here I don’t quite understand how to install it. Thank you in advance.
