The bottom line is, I'm making controllers for vr and I ran into such a problem. It is necessary to combine 2 arduinos so that they throw off the information I need in 1 com on the PC, let's say that 1 controller is connected via usb. How to implement this and is it possible?

On one arudine, you connect bluetooth to port 2, to the first usb and to the computer. In arduino, you write the reception of bluetooth sports data line by line and forwarding them to 1 port. Well, of course, HC-05 (or whatever you have) is configured for a bridge connection.
