Is there a Smart Watch or Bracelet that can play mp3 via bluetooth?

Is there such a model that can be connected to buetooth headphones and turn on mp3?
Functions and sensors of health and other functions of intelligence are not important. Only the above is important.
The price is not higher than 3600r
