Why can't connect airpods to linux mint?

There is a noname whistle with aliexpress with support for csr 4 and linux. I installed blueman and tried to connect headphones to my PC.
Blueman tries to pair the devices but ends up saying "Unable to add device". Android smartphone connects to PC without problems. If you run blueman from the console, then an error occurs during the connection:

PS I chose the noname adapter precisely because there are no adapters with linux support among those officially imported into the Russian Federation. In fact, there was no certainty that at least some adapter would work correctly in a bunch of airpods + linux. So I decided not to overpay.
