Is there a Bluetooth v5.0 usb adapter? why is there only 4.0v on sale, considering that v 5.0 is already more than a year old? And what will happen if you connect galaxy s8 in which 5.0 with a computer for 4.0v?

One adapter is sold on amazon , but it is of little use, as the seller himself writes
