How to collect PC performance statistics?

Good day.
Recommend a solution for collecting PC performance statistics (in particular, a laptop). Of the functionality, I would like to have the following options:
1) Keep a log of the size of the memory used.
2) Keep a log of CPU load.
3) It is advisable to keep a log of the temperature of the CPU cores.
OC: Windows 7
