1. There is probably no simple solution, this is a one-time solution, that is, a project.
2. It is unlikely that there are ready-made scripts, see item 1.
3. There probably is no standard solution, because few people need it, and you wouldn’t pay money anyway, but would look for the key on warez sites.
4. To collect mail from a scheduler with 200 mailboxes, I don’t think that you need a very sophisticated VPS, I think from 1GB of RAM, a lot of HDD.
