Hello. There are voluminous mailboxes - on mail.ru and gmail.com, work is being done through webmords.
How can I collect the addresses of all incoming and outgoing letters? Maybe there is ready-made software, or will you have to pervert?

On the mail https://e.mail.ru/addressbook
Select all contacts > export contacts.
