Is there a free email service with webhook/callback api?

There is a task to receive letters by e-mail (one address), and immediately upon receipt, process them with a script. I don’t really want to monitor every minute via IMAP / POP, maybe there is a service that will allow you to give information about the received message via callback / webhook? Preferably without using your own mail server.

Nobody needs such a service.
Anything can be done with a letter. Add/remove headers, add/remove parts, cut/paste images, remove all html leaving only text, remove/add attachments, reject at any stage of reception...
Of course, on your mail server. If such deep processing is not needed, it is enough to use sieve - it makes an excellent folder sorter, for example.
