How to collect and sort logs from switches?

There are 150 switches at the enterprise, you need to collect logs from them and be able to conveniently sort and view them. Interested only in free solutions and not online. Tell me which way to dig?

Can your switches send logs via SMTP protocol? If so, dig in that direction.
