How to close the network from the provider?

Good day, there is an organization network, the number of PCs is 40+, the l2 switch of the tl-sl 2218 level, the network center (star) receives the Internet from the provider via optics, and distributes it to vlans to other network nodes, static ip addresses, we get them from the provider's server, is it possible using, for example, https://routerboard.com/CRS112-8G-4S-IN (as an intermediate link of an optical trunk or a branching of 1 optical channel into 3 lines.) to separate the network and distribute ip-addresses on its own?

You need a full firewall/router. Look for yourself suitable for your capacities at the same Mikrotik. If you think the CRS112 will suit your power, then use it.

Using CRS112 - no. You need a full router.
