How to close some links from indexing in joomla 3?

On a site with joomla 3, you need to close certain links (not all external!, but certain internal ones) in noindex and / or add nofollow.
Sections where it is needed: Menu, Breadcrumbs.

The easiest way, in my opinion, is to close the necessary links in robots.txt

Alternatively, in the necessary menu items in the settings of the item itself in the Additional parameters - set the Robots Meta tag to the desired value.
If all links of one module - redefine the module template and write there what you need for one working link.
