Why did some fields on the site become inactive after the Joomla update?

Good afternoon! Updated Joomla from 3.7.5 to 3.8 on the site and the fields became inactive in Yandex Checkout. Completely clearing the page cache helps. How can I set a cache clearing rule for users through htaccess?

It looks like HTML code is being cached. Most likely, the "System - Cache" plugin is to blame for this. Disable it, clear your browser cache and check.
