How to close junk files from indexing?

There is an Uncategorized category in which there are about 1000 junk news that need to be closed from indexing. But adding Disallow: /uncategorized/ to the robots will not do anything, since all news links look like http://site/load/vokzal_2015/17-1-0-7193, http://site/load/monstervill_2015/6- 1-0-6868 etc. Maybe there is another way to prevent such news from being indexed?

In the article output template, check if it belongs to a category, and if it is equal to uncategorized, display it in the head<meta name="robots" content="noindex">
