How to get the right page to Google by keyword?

The site has a page where you can calculate the price of a business plan: https://www.masterplans.ru/cena-biznes-plana-stoim... or just see the price.
Yandex, upon request "Business plan price" or "Business plan cost", provides a link to it.
And Google blunts and on this request sends to the Main page of the site.
What I have already done:
1. Removed all references to the price / cost from the main page
2. Inserted everything that is required in the title, page description and keywords on the desired page
3. Added text with keywords (previously there was only a cost calculator) .
4. Even posted five paid links on good resources + drove automatic posting on boards with a link to this page.
As a result, this had an effect on Yandex, but Google had 0 emotions. It's been 4 months and I still can't get results.
Maybe someone knows what to do to get it?

try more links with keys in the anchor to the right one... if you haven't done it yet. But the fact that search engines prefer a query, some page of the site, which is not always the most relevant on the site itself logically, is quite problematic to change. On a site for spare parts, for example, a query "ford part" should, in theory, return a page with ford models and parts. It gives pages in turn with "Ford Focus Part", "Ford Mondeo Part", "Ford Kuga Part". In disarray...
