How to close a page for Yandex from indexing?

Good afternoon!
There is a site climate. There were 2 big sections. Air Conditioners and Heating.
Heating removed (removed from publication via CMS Joomla)
Pages with heating now give error 403 (unavailable)
It is supposed to be returned sometime.
The pages are now in the index for the 2nd month, but they lead to a 403 error. Tell me how to do it right. Should they be closed at all?
