In addition to the topvisor service, if you used only WordStat from Yandex, then you can only get frequency from Google through AdWords.
I recommend using KeyCollector for this - a prerequisite for retrieving data in this way is that there is money in your Google account. Otherwise, parsing will not work.
But the frequency provided by Google is also rather conditional (short to tens / hundreds - you can forget about the accuracy and freeness from Yandex).
If you personally do not have an advertising account, you can ask to beg from a friend or still throw money into the account. There is no other way out.
