How to clone a project from a remote server?

There is a site on a server with git installed that can be accessed via ssh , can I clone the project to my local machine? Or you can only clone from bitbucket, etc. ?

Of course you can, the whole point of distributed version control systems is in such work.
Everything is the same as on any git server: git clone and the path to the remote repo.
