Pre-commit prevents committing from GUTHUB DESKTOP. How to fix?

Angular cli project. Y-installed the package https://www.npmjs.com/package/pre-commit to pre-check the commit. Before the commit, the linter is launched. In git, bash goes through everything correctly, but gui swears. Can this matter be corrected?
