How to clear the cache of the local VertrigoServ server?

I have been programming in php for 15 years, but I have not come across this. The page was cached with the transmitted data and with php errors and now it is not cleared in any way. Deleting data completely from browsers does nothing. Where can I find the local server cache and how can I eliminate this error in the future? Thank you!

Complex manipulations led to the fact that the page was nevertheless deleted from the cache. But how - remains a mystery.
