There is such a solution on cms mdx revo, you clicked - you go to your site and there you see that new styles, some code have been applied and everything has become as it should, nothing has been cached. How to implement this yourself? On what js, php? Any example?
And then I write a script and for some reason php is cached hard on the site. We need such an implementation.

I suspect that php.net/manual/ru/function.opcache-reset.php and/or proper opcache setup will help you.
And the rest, you need to implement it yourself, depending on where and how the cache of the application itself is stored.
