How to clear list of authorized devices in phone debugging?

Hello, I wanted to do something in SmaliPatcher, but it says: Base directory not found - this means that it does not know what is connected by debugging. So, how, let's say, to unauthorize my PC on the phone, so that when the phone is connected via a wire to the computer, a pop-up (on the phone) pops up about authorizing my PC?
