How to disable Wi-Fi scanning when enabled in Android 4.4?
Lord, what to do? The problem is that on my nexus 4 with android 4.4.4 a very interesting thing happens. It goes into bootloop when it detects a Wi-Fi point with "bad characters". As far as I understood from Google, a bad character is a slash.
I can't connect to my wifi because there is another point nearby, which, with its presence, simply sends my phone into a reboot. Are there any ways to solve this problem, other than changing the firmware and updating to Lolipop? Can I immediately connect to my wifi without scanning for others?
