How to split a text file into several parts by header?

Hello community! There is a large Word file. I would like to somehow break it into several files, ideally by headers. Or how you can search a text file by headings exclusively in the android application. Naturally, I understand that I'm asking in volume, I ask you to direct me in which direction to dig or what code to look at. Thank you.
