How to clean all windows to emptiness (or reinstall Windows) and so that nothing happens to Ubuntu?

I have two Windows, and one Ubuntu. Both Windows are already buggy, I would like one newly installed instead of them, or somehow clean them up so that they are like after installation. I'm afraid to reinstall so that Ubuntu crashes.

And you do not touch the partition with Ubuntu when you rearrange Windows and nothing will happen to it. Only Windows will kill the bootloader, then boot from LiveUSB linux and restore grub.

the maximum that will happen to ubuntu in this case - you will have to restore grub or another system loader, which Windows will demolish during installation
