Why does it hang and not import when importing a database through the console?

The question of such a plan is to import the mysql database through the console. Both weigh 600 mb each, one from Bitrix, the other self-written.

The first samopis has risen well I am connected through mysql, I select base and after
source db_name.sql Import
immediately begins.

But with Bitrix an ambush, after
source db_name.sql
An arrow appears and hangs. But the base does not import.

Add ";" at the end of the request.

Why was this method chosen?
Bitrix itself categorically recommends transferring the entire site through restore.php and not importing the database separately!
