How to choose such interesting colors?

Often on dribbble I see works using several colors, and not just colors, but several interesting gradients. Example: https://dribbble.com/shots/4590962-iTrue-ICO-Block... Can you please tell me how the color is selected? Approximately? I tried with the help of various color matching services, but there are no similar colors anywhere. I really want to learn this. Thanks :)

The selection of colors takes place according to the taste of the designer, who either has it or does not have it. If there is no sense of beauty, then it needs to be developed (if possible) :)

Yes, just type yourself references with color schemes and use an eyedropper :) Everyone does it that way. Once every two years, someone finds a new combination and everyone starts copying it diligently.

this is first done in the program ... illustrator or anyone who works with vector graphics .. we get colors from there .. and all colors are selected by "eye" as the author sees it

Take the function of converting HSV to RGB.
Then set the number of colors in the palette. On the Hue scale, select a given number of points at regular intervals. And Saturation and Value allow the user to customize.
