they only say Gen3 x4 Turbo M.2, but which ones can I install? I don’t really understand this topic, I just know that there are a lot of pitfalls

choose those that support NVME and fit in size.

Any NVMe will do.
SATA won't work.
There don't seem to be any pitfalls.
