How to choose memory for a server for maximum performance?

There is an X10DRL-i motherboard , there is an E5-2690 v4 processor , you need to pick up memory, a total of 64 GB per processor running at 2400 MHz.
There is not enough knowledge to select the memory for its maximum performance. I read that you need to install LRDIMM, but it's not so simple with it, it can help to assemble both a high-performance configuration and (rather) a capacious one. I start to get confused in ranks and multiplication, as well as in the number of channels.
Please help.

@huwesu

You go to the memory manufacturer's website.
Well, for example, Kingston or Transcend
There, in the "Server Memory" section, there are quite specific models for specific models of motherboards / processors.
