How to choose Linux at startup?

Put elementaryOS next to Windows 10, everything is fine. But at system startup, you cannot choose which axis to load. On the old laptop, I also installed it together with the 7th one and the selection menu appeared

Well, you either didn’t install grub, or you installed it but in the wrong place, or you boot from the wrong disk if there are several of them:
if there is one disk, then you need to boot from the boot disk and install grub in the MBR

I have 10 + elementary, everything got up by itself, the main thing after installing eo is to boot / update it, it will download / install grud.
