Why doesn't the layout switch in xrdp?

Good afternoon. We have centos 7.1 + xrdp 0.9 + vnc + kde
Please tell me how to switch the keyboard layout?
In kde itself, when connecting, I added a second layout and formally the switch occurs, but it still writes in English.
I tried in /etc/xrdp/km-0409.ini to change to Russian letters from km-0419.ini
Starts writing in Russian, but the English language disappears by itself =)
Tell me how to make the switch?

You don't have any switching, neither formal nor informal... there can be only one switching - when the alphabet switches.
Look in KDE in the settings. You must a). stand 2 layouts and b). the keyboard combination for switching layouts must be set.
