How to choose components for the system unit on AMD Ryzen 5 2400G?

I need a system unit for the house. I want it to be as fast as possible, but at the same time not very noisy.
Goals: surfing the net, programs (AutoCAD, Photoshop, ms office), sometimes games.
I opted for an AMD Ryzen 5 2400G processor with integrated graphics, I don’t plan to install a video card at the moment. As a result, I received the following equipment:
I think that this equipment will be more than enough for everyday tasks. Also, if there is not enough performance, I look forward to an upgrade: add a discrete video card and a RAM bar.
Tell me, maybe this assembly can be optimized without increasing the cost? And also very interested in the question of choosing a motherboard and RAM, maybe choose another manufacturer, clock speed or chipset?
