24 * 7 technical support, English-speaking does not scare me personally, but I don’t know Chinese characters.
Virtualization on VmWare\XEN. Of course, Hyper-v is also possible, we use it now, but we dream of something else.
The ability to place your equipment in the data center. I want to go there, see, and install a couple of pieces of iron (NAS).
The Internet is needed fast to Russia. 250 clients via RDP, and this is not the limit.
Licensing issues are also of concern to us - ideally, so that they (issues) do not worry the hoster and he does not care how much we have a licensed OS or SQL server. However, looking at typical offers, I can conclude that they all (or most) already have a license in the kit (I considered the WinSRV2008 OS).
Also, by default, technologies such as VLANs are assumed to be available.
I'm also worried about the old age of the equipment and the typical set of services - auto-reservation every day, dynamic increase in memory and disk space, etc. buns, which are sometimes needed immediately and yesterday.
And the key point is interaction with the law enforcement agencies of our country. I don’t want to get a situation where, at some incomprehensible request, some guys take out everything that is acquired by overwork and, damn it, nothing works, everything is with them.
