How to choose an internal mini-social network for residents of the house?
Good afternoon.
The head of the entrance asked to make a closed resource for the residents of the entrance to discuss pressing problems, initiatives, claims, and so on. The house has 17 floors with 4 apartments per floor. The total is 68 apartments. Approximately so many accounts are planned. Those. not heavily loaded project.
Today I read an article on Habré about the HumHub.com social network engine and again set out to raise a personal mini-social network.
Advise on what to do? I would not like to finish a lot, since there are only basics in programming.

I already indicated this in the question - https://www.humhub.org/ But there the Russian localization is not very good.
Firstly, it’s unlikely that anyone specifically writes engines right under the mini-social network (implying that there will be only a hundred accounts and zero load). Therefore, if you still do not create a group in global social networks, but create something of your own, then you still have to choose from something that works normally.
Secondly, IMHO, we must start not from the definition of "social network", but from the functionality that is needed. And it is quite possible that it will turn out that some simple forum will really fit for your tasks.
