How to choose alternative NFC shields for Arduino?

Good afternoon. There is a tutorial on the Instructables website . In short - a PC unlocker using NFC key fobs. As "ingredients" they use Leonardo and an NFC shield from Adafruit. The design, in my opinion, is rather large, but having “smoked” the specifications, I found a Micro controller (which, in theory, is identical to Leonard), but I can’t decide on NFC shields. In Chinese stores under the "tag" PN532 their darkness is dark and the price for them, respectively. A closer inspection revealed that there are not so many varieties:

• Replica Adafruit
  
• Option number 2
  
• Option number 3
  
• And finally the mini version
  

If anyone has come across such shields, explain to the beginner what are the nuances in their work, if there are any differences between them, and whether the mini version of the shield will satisfy the scheme from Instructables.
PS I'm not an Arduinist (I'm just starting), please don't kick too hard :-). It's just a passion, how you want to zababahat something sensible, not to play with the LEDs.
