Introduction to Arduino?

Hello! I really wanted to make my own electronic craft, but I'm not strong in electronics, but to my happiness I found an Arduino board and I wanted to find out more about it:
1) Beginner's starter kit? Arduino, LEDs, wires and breadboard?
2) Is Arduino uno suitable for a smart home? In terms of power for a couple of light bulbs, 1 monitor, GPRS, RFID reader and keyboard is enough for her?
3) Which Russian stores should I order from? I don’t work with China yet, parcels take too long

1, 3. I personally like Amperka and her kits . There is also a large selection of other accessories. In general, Aliexpress is full of this goodness and don’t worry that it’s China, parcels consistently arrive in about 1-3 weeks.

Regarding China - are you in a hurry? And on the topic - for an integrated smart home it will not be enough, only for a separate module (specifically on a monitor or specifically on a couple of light bulbs). For learning to "blink a light bulb" and the simplest schemes, the kits from this site are enough. But it will be expensive and rotten equipment. For "training" I ordered a starter kit for 70 dollars on Ali and it was twice as richly equipped.

1) To blink a pair of bulbs, you also need a relay or a solid state relay. Also, resistors must be placed in the gap of the diodes and on the buttons "for pulling up" (if I remember the name correctly).
2) You will not assemble it on a smart home layout. You can of course, but erasing how smart the house should be. If you also want the Internet, then it is better to take the Raspberry Pi for the "central brain" - there is a full-fledged Linux and you can stupidly plug a GSM modem into it.
3) Well, in vain. We have large margins, but if you really want www.chipdip.ru or freeduino.ru (these are copies, I have a couple of them - they work quite well), for example. The trick is that China sells copies, and the originals are not budget. In fact, there is no difference, because all circuitry is available in the public domain - you can assemble the boards yourself.
