How to choose a second higher education?

In general, the essence of the matter, I want to become a DevOps engineer. I have some knowledge, I am developing in this direction, but I also have a great desire to get a second degree. Tell me which specialty to choose so that it accompanies this direction.
Additional info - I live in Ukraine, priority universities are KPI, Shevchenko.

I myself study at the KPI in the fourth year. If you are interested in DevOps, I can definitely recommend the FIVT, the department of AUTS (126, 121 specialties).

Go to foreign language, philological, managerial.
If you ever manage to grow to senior with DevOps, the faculties above can help you advance to the head, or even switch to management.
If for employment, then Devops is generally absent from institutes as a class.

A diploma from KNU Shevchenko or KPI in computer science can only come in handy as a checkmark for a visa, you can read more details on dou, but there are also answers in the style of "the diploma was for show, they didn’t give good knowledge" (except that Cybernetics at KNU is considered prestigious, but it's very hard to get there.
