How to choose a replacement screen for a laptop?

Hello, on a laptop Toshiba Tecra R950 I7-3520M laptop (embedded video) 15.6" 1366 x 768 Serial Number ZC123963H Model Number PT535U-06Q00CB the screen has a very bad effect on vision, especially at night, after a few minutes of viewing, color perception changes, then the eyes start to burn. Experience work was on different screens up to dinosaurs - convex but I meet this for the first time.I tried to set it up for two days, but attempts did not give the desired results.I can sit behind another Dell Precision M6300 laptop for at least two days, including the night. How
to choose the right replacement screen? It is possible to find a good one screen for this model? In current models with LED backlight, everyone suffers from such a problem. It is possible to find and install IPS or there will be problems with the fact that the BIOS is programmed to serve a certain type of matrix.
What parameters must match? (Thickness. Connector placement. Fastening. Connection connector. Matrix backlight.) And which ones can be ignored? (Change resolution 1920 x 1080, or type to IPS.)
I don't understand this issue at all.

I have never heard of such experiences. And even if you suddenly find a matrix that suits you in terms of parameters and that miraculously fits your laptop (which I can hardly believe), it remains to be seen what will be more profitable - to buy a matrix + pay for replacement work or just sell your laptop and buy another that suits your eyes.

Contact a private laptop repair service. They usually have a fairly large base of compatible controllers and interfaces.
The truth is usually the opposite - it's easier to find a bad screen for a good laptop, because there are a lot of broken laptops with working screens, and a "donor" with a good screen that doesn't repair itself - I suspect it will be the main problem.

To him, the native version is only another 1600 * 900 and apparently the same ... So it would be better to really change the laptop.

There are people out there who are very good at laptop matrices. A few years ago, on my Lenovo G500, I changed my native TN-matrix to IPS, in that topic they helped me choose the right option.

1. Perhaps the problem is in the matrix, which is corny burned out and / or does not display correctly (simply strobe).
2. You can replace it, but on the built-in video you will have to look for the same resolution display, which is problematic.
3. If it doesn't matter, then you can just buy a normal monitor and connect it via VGA / HDMI.
