How to choose a processor for a video card for mining?

Hello. How to choose a processor for a video card if I'm going to mine on a video card? And how do people generally assemble systems with 5 or more video cards, don't you need a powerful processor and a lot of RAM to squeeze the maximum out of a video card? I myself am new to mining, so this question. And another question is what is the benefit of mining on a video card (in addition to universality in terms of algorithms) if there are asics?
ps i want to try gtx 1660

The processor is not particularly important, as is the memory.
There are a lot of mining calculators on the Internet, there you can choose a vidyukha, enter the cost of electricity and get income from mining, 1660 will probably pay off after half a year of continuous work, if tomorrow the rate does not fall.
This is provided that for half a year of continuous work you will not die of a power supply unit or one of the components.
If you already have 1660, it is wise to sell it and buy a more suitable video card for mining, the old 1080 will be much more profitable.
If you are just going to buy for mining - see mining ratings and choose by rating.
