Power Supply

How to choose a power supply instead of a burned-out one to power a telephone box with a 12v battery?

Hello. There is such a power supply . I am looking for a replacement for him, since this one burned out after a power surge (up to 380v). He fed a telephone box with a 12v battery, to which the FAU-4 subscriber unit was connected.
It will be great if you tell me where to buy it, or at least which power supply can be installed to replace the burnt one.
I found it on the Internet with "input 115v", but for the sake of it, buying an inverter is also not an option.
Thank you.

Firstly, if you believe the marking, then this PSU has a thermal fuse, which makes it possible to repair it in the most primitive way (most likely, it was the so-called PSU that worked due to overheating of the PSU at such an input voltage).
Secondly, in a more difficult case - also repair. Judging by the input-output parameters, the entire PSU is just one ordinary transformer from standard network 220 (230) V to 15 V output. Finding it on any radio market is not a problem. Any "solderer" can do everything. The only thing: the transformer must be of sufficient power so that the output provides a current of 1.5 - 2 Amperes.

Buy an uninterruptible.

Instead of a burnt one, you can put any block with characteristics similar to the old one.
The characteristics are visible on the sticker in the photo - the output of the PSU should be 15V and 1.6A AC.

Look here bezpeka-shop.com/catalog/bloki_pitaniya_20482/ a good choice. There are different connector options, in extreme cases, you can solder the old one. Indeed, in terms of characteristics, such power supplies are standardized. The main thing is to carefully look at the sticker. Thus, I managed to find an alternative to the power supply from the printer. Found a suitable one from a laptop.
