PC freezes and coolers spin up?

After launching most AAA games, the PC freezes, the picture disappears and the vidyuhi propellers spin up to 100% (maybe even higher - the noise is wild). This happens at different temperatures (from 50 to 68 Celsius). Monitored by AIDoy. Didn't look at voltage. Furmark heats up to 83 degrees and can work for hours. PSU old from another PC (400 W).
Ryzen 5 2600,
Gtx 1060 3Gb.
I'm wrong about BP.
Is it worth replacing the PSU or can the problem be solved?

Try different tests, semicolons and separate videos. For example, via OCCT

1. you need to look at the behavior of VK in dynamics during the game - temperature, cooler, voltage. For example, through Aida64
2. you need to install MSI Afterburner, enable cooler control there and set up a graph so that 100% of the revolutions are at 80 degrees.
