How to choose a gigabit router/firewall for an average office (300 users)?
I ask for advice on choosing a router model for an average office - about 300 users. We connected a gigabit WAN, now we want to update the router, because the existing ZyWALL 1050 does not pull out such a speed. We use a firewall (up to 50 rules), NAT (up to 50 rules), a shaper (up to 50 rules), maybe VPN up to 10 users. Budget up to 250 tr.
Mikrotik RB4011 was advised on another site, we are also studying USG Pro 4 , EdgeRouter-12 , Fortigate 101F.
Thank you!

If you need a router / vpn gateway - the choice is obvious, mikrotik. With your budget, you can take 1009 and get wired speed on a gigabit link.
But you only need a router? Do you no longer need a content filter?
It is always better to be guided by the rule - to take equipment with which you are more familiar.
On my own behalf, I’ll add that I used the RB1100AHx4 for similar purposes / loads, which is almost identical in performance to the newer RB4011 - it coped with the tasks with a good overhead.
If you are not embarrassed by "USERFNENDLY" Mikrotiks, then their price-quality ratio is the best.
rb4011 may turn out to be rather weak, it is better to look at RB1100ahx4 or generally operator type CCR1036
For today, the Ubiquiti UniFi Dream Machine Pro (UDM-Pro) router is the best option from UBIQUITI . Also on board contains a WI-FI network management controller, Video surveillance.
