How to choose a customer service system for a programmer?
I'm trying to find a CRM or a framework through which I can work with clients in the field of web development.
The client should be able to open tickets, and conduct correspondence within the ticket. I should be able to record the time spent on tasks, generate reports on the time spent, have structured information on working with my clients, and preferably also plan work through CRM.
I can not competently compose a query in Google to find the solutions that interest me.

CRM is full of different ones. Of the powerful and paid ones written above, Bitrix24 copes with this.
Otherwise, you can put some PERFEX, RISE on your server and use some of these. You can open codecanyon and choose the filter yourself.
