How to choose a computer configuration?

With an eye to the optimal gaming configuration on itc.ua, I am composing a computer for myself.
The config is needed to run toys. There are no special requirements for work: the text editor will open on the old rattletrap, and the computer does not need to drive a virtual machine with a console ubuntu.
The most concrete thing I've come up with so far:
Processor: Intel Core i5-4570 (3.2/3.6GHz, 4x256 KB L2, 6 MB L3) ~ $200 Mother
: Intel Z87 Express (USB 3.0) ~ $100-200
Memory: ×2 DDR3-1600 4Gb ~ $80
Screw: HDD 1Tb 7200 ~ $60-70 Chassis
: middle tower with 500W unit ~ $90
As an option, take the i5-4670K processor. It costs $40 more, but overclocks to 4.5 GHz.
I want to buy all this this month, and next month I want to take an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti video card (the specific model will become clear when my budget for the next month becomes clear) and the config will be completed.
The computer will have to serve me for about 4 years. I will upgrade it, say, with another SLI video card. Maybe I'll finish my memory. Or an SSD.
Tell me how to deal with all this and what specific model of the mother to take?

I wouldn't take the i5-4670K because it's not much better than the 4570
http://www.cpu-world.com/Compare/505/Intel_Core_i5_i5-4570_vs_Intel_Core_i5_i5-4670K.html
Although the tests are carried out on non-overclocked processors.
The plus is that the 4570 has video support, for the first time if you buy a motherboard with video, you can immediately use the computer and not wait for the next. month.
Save 40 USD and invest in the video card you need.
And do not chase after a super motherboard that allows overclocking. 10-30% CPU performance - don't overpay for more professional parts.
You will hardly feel the difference, but the wallet will lose weight.

I recommend this pivot table - there is an American price for reference and a brief explanation of what's what.

The mother is selected based on the chipset. The chipset can be selected in two ways:
1) based on the processor - open the http://ark.intel.com/ desktop processors section and select the one you need, then select the chipset for it, taking into account the socket and technological line.
2) open the list of chipsets and select by parameters. Here or here . The processor is selected by socket.
When you understand what chipset you need, it will not be difficult to choose a mother. When assembling a system for games, the brand is not particularly important.

I consider SSD a more priority thing, because even in a budget computer assembled for 10k, most of the performance rests on HDD
memory, I advise you to take corsairs, they have a lifetime warranty, I
advise everyone to asus, because while I worked as an assembler for 3 years, only they had no problems with hardware and compatibility,
if you really want to get confused, here are a lot of configurations from different people

and to choose where it's cheaper, I use this plugin
