How to choose a channel monitoring tool for video conferencing?

Interested in a tool for monitoring communication channels, specifically the Rostelecom VPN network, with remote centers throughout Russia, preferably cross-platform. I am interested in monitoring the channel for compliance with the requirements for the quality of video conferencing services. I have a lengthy Huawei document in my hands that defines the requirements for packet loss, jitter, delay, bandwidth, etc., so you need to monitor for compliance with them and the like.

This information is available:
1) only during a communication session (outside it, it is meaningless) in the diagnostic menu of the videoconferencing terminal.
2) and after the end of the conference in the MCU statistics, if he organized it.
These requirements are put forward by the developers of hardware terminals in order to absolve themselves of responsibility for poor-quality work on non-guaranteed channels, including through a VPN deployed over the Internet.

Greetings, if the question is relevant, then the wiSLA system can do this (brief information www.wellink.ru/content/monitoring_vks). Moreover, continuous monitoring of communication channels with a five-minute frequency of measurements and online monitoring during the videoconferencing are available.
