How to check which of the hops does not pass a packet on a specific port?

For example, there is a remote server, one of the ports on which is listened by a certain service. It is certainly known that there are no problems on the server side and everything is configured correctly.
With what tool can I check the availability of this service from the network where this tool will be launched?
That is, we get into a random network behind 10 NAT and 20 firewalls, sites open, pings go, even FTP works, but there is no connection to our service.
It is necessary to find out on which hop our packet is dropped.

@l0ser140

so you will test remote from your network? or immediately removed?
to check the availability of ports (and not only) it is customary to use network scanners, for example nmap
PS With checking a remote network, nuances may arise for you.
